The 'medium'-sized house features a living room with a dining area and an open kitchen, a bathroom and three bedrooms, but only two have beds (the tutorial teaches the player how to buy one). The player won't stay in the lot for too long, unless they choose not to advance to the next lot or choose it as their primary House of Story Mode for living.
