Though the upgrades mean this is no longer a starter home, it is a modest upgrade from a starter, once your sim is starting to make some money. Though the layout of the home is largely the same as the original, I opened up the floorplan and added a modern industrial touch, as well as landscaping, outdoor patio bar, small pool, and an area for gardening.
