Old Industrial mansion, 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom, has the potential for more bedrooms (like 2-3 more, can fit two in basement, and two way upstairs) but i decided to just make each bedroom fairly big. comes wth pool, and a hot tub in the back, a nice part area for when your sim has a special occasion.
