Ok guys, #gettowork makes a sad #starter. There is ONE wall paint and it's 13$ a panel, which limits the design quite a bit. Rules: Final product: under 25k, cheats ok, DIY floorplan, don't move the exterior walls, stairs may be replaced-not moved, 1 pack/build +#basegame, must be funtional, must use items from pack, plants may be replaced, but keep 5 bushes and 2 trees in the painted spots.
