This is a twist on the Modern Home uploaded by another Simmer. I wanted a spanish style to it so it would fit in with the other spanish style homes surronding it. A nice deck was added to the back aslo for parties. This home is decorated very colorfully. The front office/fitness area could be turned back into a bedroom to make this home a two bedroom home.
