There are two types of sim, those that would never in a billion years set up home in an abandoned #industrial factory/tower... and those who live here. I wanted something slightly more #unique for one of my sim families and this is what I came up with. Has spare space in the lower basement so you can put whatever you want there, I left that extra room to include content from future packs :) There's also tonnes of outdoor space. ~Enable MOO before placing or some things will disappear. ~ #nocc
