Cacti-Casa has been upgraded! Each of the roommates have their own "suite" (glorified studio) with a communal kitchen, gym, swimming pool and cinema room (that odd little addition up top). This pack only really uses the base game, university and city living - all the other packs are for decoration, so this build can be used without anything else.
