#Dresden House is designed for an individual or couple. (I speed through kids, so no need for that stuff except bassinets) However, the lower floor can be anything one wishes. Have put in an 'apartment'-ish area for Butler. It's not attached to main house, so can be an entire home, or many small areas like I have, while keeping privacy.
