Hey guys! I thought I'd make one of these small houses for one of my Sim. My intention was to make it as tiny as possible (can be more but this size suited me the most) since she's a teenager and she doesn't have a lot of money. No windows were harmed in this build! Everything is natural lighting. This house would work well as a stater house for one sim because it covers all the need and it's very wallet-friendly!
