A park with a café with an ice rink in the middle. I believe it's quite easy to change the lot type into a park instead of a café if you'd want. I used to have lot traits to make petowners come with their pets, but they were always sick so I turned it off. Petbowls and a litterbox is on the lot. #park #café #iceskating #rink
