Perfect starter if you wast a lot of money left. Originally I tried to do a home under 10k but icouldnt figure out how to make it work. Finally I decided 15k. 15k was still a challenge but I finally made it work. This house took about an hour and a half so please like and favorite. #starter #15k #Family
