This is a little retail-ready ice-cream parlour. It's done in a red and white colour scheme and uses giant versions of fire-extinguishers as a humerous theme. It also contains a mini-apartment to make the business feasible for Sims. Ironically, you can't sell ice-cream from the retail freezers, but you can sell it from the bakery cases.
