After local construction companies threaten to destroy the fountain that historically marked the center of the city, Sunny Day Ice Cream Co. took matters into their own hands. They used donations and their own funds to purchase the historical property. In order to earn money to fix up the old, broken fountain, they opened an ice cream shop!
