Brown house shell that looks like a fairly normal house, but there's a lot more than what meets the eye with this beauty, i.e. there's a lot going on with this roof. I did add a few things outside the shell (fence, shed, inside stairs, and entryway into the garage), feel free to change anything to fit your style or your sim family.
