didnt realize the budget was actually nonexistent but im not really the best builder so this is the best i can do. there is a parents room, toddler twin room and a teen bedroom. there is one bathroom between all the rooms and its all ready for the kids. i havnt play tested so let me know if you run into any problems and ill fix it right away. much love and hope you enjoy #family #remodel #houseflipper
