My rules: You can use free real estate cheat to buy, but must set money to 0 afterwards. You may not sell anything that came in the house (subtract the selling price after the fact). Subfloor slats must replace the carpet (paid for) before any other flooring can be placed. House must be fully renovated, complete, and at least $100,000 more to win. No career/job.
