It's mainly a gym, but turning it into a spa won't take much effort. I built it on the #oasissprings gym lot, but can be placed elsewhere. Everything is on the ground flour. The only thing it uses from Perfect Patio is the hot tub - othewise Basegame and Spa Day items.
