Under #15k, #Oasis #starter is an economical home great for single or couple Sims. Has a #minimalist #openconcept decor. Though created in Oasis Spring, it looks just as great in Willow Creek or Newcrest. A word to the wise ;) be sure to "lock" the patio door to avoid having the welcome wagon first coming through your home and walk to the front door before knocking to be let in (LOL happened to me during #playtested) #basegame.
