The Shady Vista isn't the best place to vacation with the famiy, but if you want a quick woohoo, get kicked out, or have a deal going down, it isn't the worst place to be. The cops don't even bother showing up here any more. The place is definitely not anywhere near a 3 star motel, but it has... character, and a pool!
