Sorry the image is from the back, for some reason sims spawn at the back of the lot. So I built the entrance where the sims spawn (it's also on the same side as the original). Anyway my point of this was to make a simple hospital similar to the original, but one that is more detailed and more realistic. #looklilsimsie #hospital #gettowork #communitylot
