This hospital was built by DeliGracy (check her out on the gallery or YouTube) I just did a bit of interior redesigning. I removed the central bamboo garden to make room, made most of the rooms a bit bigger at the expense of the hallways and I moved the lab back where the toilets were originally (lab is inspired by James Turner - The Sim Supply) This made room for a small operation observation room and an office.
