A simple looking home with an industrial interior placed on the Optimist's Outlook lot. It's under 150K, an unfurnished version under 30K is also on my profile<3 I did add some things on the exterior that I found were missing in the unfurnished version. There are a few items from City Living, but not that many so you could just replace them with BaseGame items if you don't hve City Living.
