As indicated by the name, this is a Tim Burton inspired mansion. It's not accurate to the film dark shadows but there are some featres such as the yellow room and the dining room, which loosly reflect the original mansion. Some of the bedrooms are quite bare to allow you to personalise the rooms to your own sims. Enjoy!
