This is techinically for 3 vampires that are trying to "mainstream" by living upstairs, but use however you want. There is a lab, prison, and hedgemaze in the basement. Prison is set up for 3 more sims to feed upon. Plenty of stuff crammed in here to lure in unsuspecting sims. I recommend autonomy and lockable door mods.
