when you use the cheat ''bb.enablefreebuild'' you can change your hospital (you need to be on that plot!) :D and so i did, there are 8 rooms for your paintens and the basic things, everthing is there what you need, alone the building is changed :D i just wanted a hospital that does not look basic or scary! #hospital #japan
