The building of dr. Moore's asylum for the chronically insane started at the end of the 18th century in the middle of the forest just behind a small village. In 1832 the asylum welcomed its first patient and quickly more followed. The patients were treated horribly and were forced to live in cruel circumstances. It was rumored that dr. Moore was doing cruel and often fatal experiments on his patients.After Moore's death in 1886 the patients were left alone there to die. #horror #creepy #spooky
