2 bed and 1 bath house with it's own arts room. Don't mind all of my own art hanging around. My sim loves to paint and even create masterpieces here and there. With a bar at the back your sims could upgrade their mixology skill and even hope on the tv to play some sims racing. Also there might be a plate laying around somewhere.
