A farmhouse based on the one my grandparents, on my Mother's side, built in Michigan. They built it room by room, depending on their needs. From what I understand the kitchen was the whole HOUSE at the start and as babies were born rooms were added. Done from memory and, of course, Sims 4 don't have some of the items they had.
