No magic items, I just wanted to build in Glimmerbrook because I thought it was pretty. Built on small lot so it can be placed on most lot sizes. Spare "junk room" upstairs that can be converted into a third bedroom. Set up so a sim (or family) can live off the land. I have a family that's been gardening here and fishing for all their food.
