The Homestead
The Homestead is a 3 bed/3 bath contemporary family home in a farmhouse style. The old Barn is used primarily as a garage, gym and workshop. But it has recently been taken over by the teen as their "hangout spot". Maybe after the kid has moved away to University they will finally get around to updating the barn to match the house.
