*place with moveobjects* I hated the original version of this lot, so I bulldozed it and replaced it. Kept with the theme of the neighbourhood, added a space for a pet cat, and a home gym! Upstairs level is a bedroom/music space combo, and the traits are perfect for a musician sim. There's an espresso machine, because, who doesn't love coffee?
