This huge penthouse with a priceless view of the Fashion District has room for everything! I switched the kitchen and gym-style bathroom to create a walk-out kitchen with access to the outside dining area. This family had a bunch of kids so there are kids bedrooms included, too. I kept the basketball court and added an expanded workout area. There are outdoor activities on the balconies to make use of the space.
