Version2, with a few changes that I'd forgotten last night. This Abandoned General Store is in good repair, almost like the previous owners could return at anytime. Perfect for a #homeless sim(s) to use during winter, it seems to be fully off the grid, complete with solar panels in the backyard. #MOO is almost definitely needed to place the lot. It should also be fully workable as a retail store instead of a house!
