An old abandoned general store with a living space upstairs, perfect for #homeless sims to stay the winter in, it also has things for a cat. It should be compatable with Off the Grid for the most part, just add solar panels and the water collector to the backyard. Probably needs #MOO on to be placed! #runawayteenchallenge
