my take on the #10kchallenge.done up. i like renovating my homes over time the longer my sims live there. this is my orignal 10k home renovated to a two storey home with the yard done up too. from a single bedroom (big enough for a double bed), it's now a three bedroom home plus a smaller toddler's room. and separate toilet upstairs.
