re-upload of my $10k Single Bedroom so it is on the same lot size as the $10k Done up Home - my take on the #10kchallenge. everything you need incl use of both sides of the double bed, computer, bookshelf, dining table. room for chess table beside computer but it would have gone overbudget if i put it there. outside suffers horribly, but there's a few potted plants inside!
