This charming 1bd, 1 ba has a lovely modern contemporary style. Designed for the 10k challenge. I belileve it meets all requirements and I am actually enjoying the interesting and open layout. Very much an easy home for a Sim of any style and (modest) means to grow in. Plenty of light, plenty of cabinetry for a single sim looking to add pets, plants, or even expand the family.
