This lot is made completly out of premade rooms availble in build mode. I've just put them together and costomized it a bit. I wanted it to be a comfotable holiday home that you sims could rent. It's built on a huge lot in Del Sol Valley but you could put it on a smaller lot if you reduced some of the outside activities.
