Severus Snapes home.Once summer has arrived and Severus can finally leave Hogwarts he retreats to a home that he inherited from his mother after she passed. The Manor has a potion lab in the basement,a large livingroom, kitchen and grand dinning room. Upstairs there is three spare bedrooms, Severus's office and master bed room,as well as library, and skill building room.
