I took a lot of inspiration from historic house tours that I've been on over the years, and I've made this as close as possible to a functional historic house museum using what I have available. There is a plaque by the front door listing the house as being "historically registered". Then, when you get in the house there is ropes sectioning off rooms and plaques with information.
