It needs custom content like horses in the barn and watering troughs and typewriters to look better, but it is usable as it is! Some areas left sparsely furnished to add items needed by sims families. There is a swimming pool/pond in pasture behind trees. Use bb.moveobjects cheat before placing the lot.
