#nocc #HistoryChallenge Use bb.moveobjects cheat before placing lot. A Sims representation of the 1901 house built by Joseph Dehart now being run as The Mountain Rose Inn (google it, its real!). It's not an exact replica but as close as could build to function. Fits the Victorian Era well but small adjustments like naturalize the pool and remove un-allowed furnishings will make this fit the Old West/Colonial era also. Adding and updating electronics moves the house to Modern era.
