Based off of the real life Hovis Cottage, which was named as such because it was owned by the Hovis family of bread making fame. Some changes have been made but the house remains unfurnished. In a twist of irony, the final price of the house I made just so happens to be lower than the real life Hovis Cottage is up for sale at the time of publishing this house.
