Louie's Lot was built by Grandpa Louie Barnard for his wife Caroline, with the meager money he got whilst fighting in the Revolution, The home was passed down to Louie and Caroline's daughter, Eliza, and her husband, Jack Bennet, and now their two daughters, Marcia and Caroline live there.
