This family home has plenty of space and includes everything you might need. It is decorated in what I imagine to be a collection of vintage and new, and looks pretty cool if I do say so myself. I've used this for my gameplay, so the fourth bedroom is staged as a gym right now, because my sim is a bodybuilder - but it can easily be turned back into a bedroom. There's outdoor seating and a balcony, but a bigger lot could be a good idea. Use bb.moveobjects before placing! #modern #hipster
