This is a small, modern house with a loft bedroom, which is super annoying because you have to climb a ladder to pee. Let's face it, the house probably used to be reasonably priced but now there are too many 8-dollar-coffee shops in the area, so some real estate shark 'modernized' the property and tripled the price.
