Make sure to have bb.moveobjects cheat turned on before placing. I've built it on Coorinberg Cottage lot in Windenburg and it fits the surroundings perfectly. It's an old Tudor style family home that's been renovated, so the interior is very contemporary, but pretty cozy at the same time.
