This is based off of Tim's apartment in HIMYM. The first and third floors are seperated for more apartments or businesses or whatever you want to use it for, the seconf floor is the apartment, and there are stairs to the roof. Just throw some art on the wall and fill up the other floors if you want, and set your sims free! I hope they love it! #HIMYM
