I think I forgot something... Or, having the third sim be a toddler is cheating. But it was so difficult to fit the toys in, so I decided in the end it was fine! 32 tile, 8x4, basegame, under 10k. I have no idea what a proper 'tile' counts as, so my definition: A tile is a useable floor a sim can walk on, with a ceiling. If it's a porch, it's still a tile.
