I have used the floorplan of Penthouse 1, Walker Tower, New York, USA, to build this home. I find its size incredible - it uses almost the entire lot area of the biggest lot in Newcrest of The Sims 4. This is Version 3 of the home that is fully furnished and ready for a household to move in for gameplay! It costs a whopping $489 898 at the moment.
